Maintenance and repairs are handled by us 24/7 online or by phone. Every issue is assessed and prioritised by a Howsy professional, who can clarify whether the problem is the responsibility of the tenant or landlord.

Once assessed, repairs are undertaken by our Howsy Heroes, a network of 7,000 professional tradespeople across the UK.  All work undertaken by Howsy Heroes come with a 12-month guarantee backed by British Gas where applicable.

If you prefer, you can ask us to use your preferred tradesperson. Whoever does your repairs or maintenance, you pay what they charge – we’ll never add a mark-up.
