We make sure that any required deposits are collected in full from your tenants, or guarantors, before the tenancy starts. This ensures that before keys change hands, the deposit process is secured, and your property is protected.
All deposits must be registered with a government-approved deposit protection scheme within 30 days of receipt. We work with MyDeposits, and our team ensure that your deposit is fully protected and held with them, so it is safe and sound.
Once a deposit has been registered a package of paperwork, known as Prescribed Information, has to be provided to every individual who has contributed to the deposit. This is a vital step to ensure that you are legally compliant.
